Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily administrative and operational functions of Beyond Speech Therapy . This position helps ensure efficient clinic operations, excellent client experience, and strong communication between staff, patients, and families. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining professionalism and compassion.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist patients and families
- Coordinate scheduling and assist with patient intake processes
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with authorizations
- Support billing and invoicing processes
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is organized
- Assist with day-to-day clinic operations and administrative tasks
- Support clinicians and leadership with operational needs
- Help maintain a welcoming, professional, and efficient clinic environment
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Experience in healthcare administration, medical office settings, or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of insurance verification, scheduling, or medical billing is a plus
- Proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and office software
