Emily is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist from Westlake, Louisiana. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and completed her graduate studies at Lamar University. Emily has experience in both pediatric and adult settings, including work with children with autism and AAC, as well as in skil
Emily is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist from Westlake, Louisiana. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and completed her graduate studies at Lamar University. Emily has experience in both pediatric and adult settings, including work with children with autism and AAC, as well as in skilled nursing facilities. Her areas of focus include early language development and swallowing. She is passionate about providing functional, family-centered therapy that helps clients build confidence and communication skills in their everyday lives.

Savanna is a passionate and experienced speech-language pathologist, she believes in the power of communication to connect, empower, and transform lives. Born and raised in Lake Charles, Louisiana, Savanna earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in communication sciences and Disorders from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
She brings a broad and diverse clinical background to her practice, with experience in acute rehab, skilled nursing facilities, pediatric outpatient clinics, acute care hospitals, early intervention, adult outpatient settings, and psychiatric long-term care. Her approach to therapy is functional, compassionate, and deeply individualized to meet the unique needs of each client.
One of her greatest joys is witnessing the look on a caregiver’s face when their loved one reaches a new skill or milestone. As the owner of Beyond Speech Therapy, Savanna is committed to creating a space where clients feel supported, empowered, and truly seen
